  • Do the Apartments have parking?
    We do not have a car park, but the APK2 Puerta Real public car park is 300 meters from our facilities.
  • Do you have free WIFI?
    Yes, the hotel has free Wi-Fi both in the rooms and in common areas.
  • Are breakfasts served?
    No, the accommodation does not have restaurant services, but there is a wide range of cafeterias very close to the building.
  • Are pets accepted?
    Although we love animals, we are not a pet friendly accommodation.
  • Do you have family rooms?
    Yes, all our 2-bedroom suites are ideal for families, since they have 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room area.
  • What time can you check-in and check-out?
    The exit is marked by law at 12:00, which is the deadline to leave the room on the day of your departure. The arrival is marked by the clean available apartments.
  • Is there an option to store luggage before or after check in/out?
    No, we do not have luggage storage.
  • Do the apartments have kitchenware?
    All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, ready to be enjoyed.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Our apartments are a smoke-free space. Smoking is not allowed in any of our facilities.
