It is one of the most typical neighborhoods of Granada where you can discover corners full of charm, as well as beautiful views of the Alhambra. It is accessed from the center, following the mythical Paseo de los Tristes. We recommend that you wear clothes and especially comfortable shoes, since it is an intense walk full of steep slopes.

It is one of the most magical corners that exist to contemplate the sunset. Its views are spectacular and the atmosphere in the square is wonderful.

The complex, whose visit requires at least three hours, is located on the Sabika hill, next to the Darro river. It is mainly formed by the Generalife Gardens, the Nasrid Palaces and the Alcazaba, of Arab construction. Of Christian construction we find the palace of Carlos V and the church of Santa María, built on the old mosque. The Nasrid Palaces are irregularly grouped and the different rooms communicate with each other through patios or galleries.

After having spent the whole morning in the Alhambra... What better than some tapas to regain strength! For every drink you order you will have a free tapa. In some bars you can choose the tapa yourself, while in others they will choose it. In any case… Tapas in Granada is always a good plan!

Surely from the street they have gone unnoticed, but inside the Carrera del Darro, next to the Alhambra, there are some public baths where the most privileged relaxed since the 11th century.

Very close, just a few hours away, you can access the Sierra Nevada National Park. Any time of the year is good to visit Sierra Nevada and start one of those experiences that you have to live at least once in your life. A somewhat demanding route, but worth enjoying.
